Manuela Fiori has been drawing and illustrating for several years. Her education was always focused on the Arts, from fine art, graphic design(digital),industrial design, fashion design(product design and development BA Hons) and fashion illustration to her current experimentation with minimalistic, pop art.She is based in London and she is also involved in events organising and coordinating shows and performances(fashion,music,arts).
Biography: I was born in Cagliari Sardinia, where I grow up (not much in height unfortunately).I probably started drawing inside my mum womb because I can't really remember how that happened! All my life I produced an incredible amount of drawing every day, so much that many of those had to be binned! I always knew I had to go to the Art School and so I did, there I studied Arts’ history, fine art, different techniques and specialised in Graphic Design for advertising (Diploma).At 19 I moved to Milan and I studied Industrial Design for 2 years, I loved my time there and I learned a lot about design, shapes, aesthetics, and visual arts but I needed something else, a challenge! I moved to London, UK, where I worked while waiting for the rejection letters (well it felt like that!!) from various London Universities, finally I got into London College of Fashion, that is actually one of the best University of Fashion In London, there I took my BA Hons in Product Design and Developer for the fashion industry, long name hey!! Since then I felt the need to live a more creative live and went back to illustration, working on a freelance basis/work experience in fashion illustration, fashion styling, costume design. Now I would like to move into illustration and graphics for music, a field where I am actively involved. I am also a make up artist.
